As a fan of Shiraz and Bubbly, this is the perfect easy drinking yet delightfully different bubbly to celebrate the festive season. I have been looking for a red bubbly that does not fall into the JC Le Roux Le Chanson category.

This is a dry bubbly with all the aromas of a traditional Shiraz.

Note that this is a sparkling wine and not a Methode Cap Classique, which also make it more affordable.
